The Practice
This is a rural dispensing practice, centred on the village of Dailly with a branch surgery at Barr. The practice covers the villages and towns of Dailly, Barr, Old Dailly, Girvan, Kirkoswald, Maybole, Crosshill, Kirkmichael and Straiton. Both surgeries are owned by the doctors, and each has wheelchair access (to the rear of the Dailly surgery).
Emergency Cover
On weekdays this is provided by each of thedoctors on a alternate basis.Out of hours the Ayrshire Doctors On Call cooperative covers the practice.To call the doctor in an emergency telephone Dailly 811224.
Out of hours an answering machine will give you a second number to call.

Surgery Hours
General medical services including contraceptive services, child immunisations, and minor surgery are provided at all surgeries. Please note that doctor surgeries are open access – no appointment system (first come, first served).

Tuesday afternoon
3.00 – 3.30 – there is a cervical smear and intrauterine device (coil) clinic at which the health visitor will normally be in attendance.
3.30 – 4.00 – there is an ante-natal clinic run jointly with the community midwife.

Monday 12.00 noon – 12.45 pm (M)
Wednesday 4.15 pm – 5.00 pm (MF)
Friday 12.00 noon – 12.45 pm (MF / M on alternate weeks)
Repeat Prescriptions.
