Barr Parish Church

Low Kirk

Low Kirk

Barr Church is now part of a triple linkage with Girvan South and Dailly.

Service Times

The morning service is held in Barr Church at 12.15pm.

Inside the Church

The church was built in 1878 at the expense of Mr Griffin an auditor of Edinburgh, to replace the first church built in 1653.

There are four communion services a year, which are held on the last Sunday of October and the fourth Sunday in June, also Easter and Christmas.

The Church is always open and there is a book for visitors to read and sign.
